This linear translation stage?(Series TS-XXX)?features a choice of large drum analog micrometers, digital micrometers or motorized operation. For vacuum applications it must be fitted with bellows, which allows for + or -12.5mm of motion to either side of the centerline of the mounting flange. This motion may be further limited by the radius of any shaft or device inside the bellows.
